Proposal for the (lesser) arms of Belarus

My own suggestion for the lesser coat of arms of Belarus, inspired by the work of Otto Hupp and utilizing the excellent heraldic artwork from the Marquis de Paulmy's most beautiful "Recueil d'armoiries polonaises" (Bibliothèque nationale de France. Bibliothèque de l'Arsenal, Ms-X, fol. Y. Ms-1114). The Latin name of the state is, of course, also a suggestion toward an improvement, inspired by the historical precedents (e.g., Serenissima Res Publica Poloniæ).
